Our philosophy is to use our expertise in security technology to provide our customers with a cost-effective solution tailored directly to their needs. Through a partnership with Bolt Enterprises, Bolt Security Guard Services supplies facilities with turnkey solutions and integration for: :
  • Door Access Control (proximity and biometrics, keypads)
  • Video Surveillance (CCTV, DVR, NDVR, IP addressable, indoor/outdoor)
  • Security Systems (burglar alarms, panic buttons, theft prevention)
  • Intercom Systems (allowed entry, video and/or voice intercom)
  • Monitoring
  • WiFi applications.

Security is a very subjective and personal decision.  Most people wait too long until they are either broken into or hear about another neighboring property being broken into before they get a security system.  New properties are the most vulnerable and are most likely to be broken into, although burglary is valley-wide even in upscale, guard-gated and elderly communities.  You are 4.5 times less likely to be burglarized with a monitored security system in place. In fact, insurance companies are such believers in monitored security systems some are actually insisting that their insured have them installed and most will offer anywhere from 15-20% discounts. Access Control

card access
With an access control system, only authorized personnel have access to a restricted area based on the time of day and day of the week. The host computer records anyone's access into the area automatically.  This allows for reports to be generated based on an individual, a group of individuals, a specific location, or an entire facility.  The basic access control sub-system consists of individual coded access cards, card readers, door strikes, contact switches, and an access controller.  The process of changing locks and re-issuing keys is costly and time consuming.

The solution to this problem is an electronic card-key that can be programmed to operate specific doors based on location and time.  If an electronic card-key is lost or stolen, the card-key can be easily programmed not to operate any doors in the facility.  The locks do not have to be changed and the other card-key holders in the system are not affected.  An access control reader can secure any door or room that can be secured with a traditional lock and key.

Card Access Control is a central feature in managing your overall security platform.  Whether you own a small business, or require a complete enterprise solution, how you control the access into your facility is a critical component of risk management.  Let the team of experts from Bolt Security assist you in determining the appropriate Card Access Control solutions to fit your needs.

We engineer and install closed circuit video system solutions for small, medium and large facilities.  These systems provide surveillance of high volume public contact areas, parking areas, entrances, high value storage, and shipping/receiving docks.

Closed circuit video systems can help reduce risk, limit your liability and reduce overall security cost by supplementing or, in some instances, even reducing security guard services.  The application of CCTV technology has never been more reliable or effective in deterring or aiding in the prosecution of external or internal thefts at your place of business.

With the growth of IP networks and digital video, video monitoring over IP networks is a practical, affordable solution for any business environment.  Whether you'd like to monitor entry/exit points, high security areas, a retail environment, or warehouse facility, our team of experts can design the right CCTV solution to provide the maximum protection and efficiency for you.  Video surveillance/CCTV is the fundamental building block of any good security system.

CCTV equipment is a strong deterrent to theft and fraud, but digital recording allows you to document events, and can help provide you with a level of organizational awareness and control that was previously unimaginable.  You can now manage visual information from virtually any place, anytime.  Our experts can help you choose from our full line of video surveillance equipment and services and design a solution customized to meet your current needs—and plan for future ones, as well.

Benefits of Digital Video Surveillance:

Accessibility - Digital video surveillance can give you the ability to quickly and easily view access events in multiple areas of your facility.

Profitability - With digital video surveillance, you can have greater control over loss. It may also help lower liability and insurance costs.

Productivity - Video surveillance/CCTV can discourage workplace violence, harassment and poor customer service.

Reliability - Digital video recorders (DVRs) mean no more broken or worn-out tapes, and no more costly maintenance.

Flexibility - Network Digital Video Recorders (NDVRs) mean no hardware is used to record activity and all video is managed and stored via advanced network programs.

Improved picture quality -  DVRs deliver sharper images, with no loss of quality over time.

Enhanced capabilities - DVRs allow you to store more information using less space. Plus, events captured with DVRs can easily be downloaded, recorded to a CD-ROM or duplicated when an additional copy is required.

Remote access - Many DVR units can help you oversee your business from anywhere you have remote connectivity.

Intercoms

Controlling entries and exits is critical and fundamental to properly securing a facility.  The ability to selectively and remotely activate doors and gates is critical to the safety and security of staff.  The proper intercom system can assist in this control when integrated with a locking system. This allows an operator to lock or unlock doors only after a person's identification and intentions are properly verified.  Interfacing intercoms with a CCTV system, in addition to the locking mechanisms, adds an even greater sense of well being.

Offices are busy places. With a majority of business communications being internal  It is important to have a communication system that allows you to reach employees quickly without interfering with their work flow.  Complement office telephone systems with an intercom system that allows you to speak with people in areas where phones are not installed.  This type of system would be ideal in a reception or lobby area, where visitors are likely to come to the front entrance.  Choose from a long list of open voice or handset intercom systems, which include door release activation.  A video system gives you an extra measure of security and convenience, allowing you to see and talk to the person at the door before allowing entry.

When protecting a facility's entrance, consider a system that is user-friendly to visitors and vendors who must enter areas protected by card access security systems.  The proper intercom provides a wide range of access entry systems with either audio-only or audiovisual identification of a visitor.  When a person presses the button on the audio/video entry system, the doorbell rings and the video monitor provides a clear, bright image of who is at your door.  Some cameras can be moved horizontally or vertically for a better view.  Once the visitor has been approved, a door release button can be pressed to allow entry. Such a system not only improves security, but it also adds real convenience to your overall access control system.

Security is imperative when it comes to protecting shipping bays, loading docks and delivery areas.  The importance of saving time and providing secure entry points is a must.  Adding an intercom with Pan & Tilt video and audio monitoring allows an employee to see and hear what's going on outside the building. It also gives visitors a way to conveniently let an employee know they are there and need assistance.
